ENERGY SOLUTIONS NETWORK, INC.
STRATTON SCHOOL DISTRICT - STRATTON COLORADO
Rebuild Colorado Energy Services Performance Contract. In collaboration with Ennovate Corporation, James E. Richmond, CEM, President and founder of Energy Solutions Network, Inc., completed a Feasibility and Detailed Energy Study on a Middle/High School and Elementary School, total 50,000 square feet. Currently undertaking construction management. Enabled the Stratton School District to add air conditioning to its Middle/High School Building and achieve significant utility cost savings too, permitting the air conditioning upgrade to be financed in a guaranteed energy savings performance contract. ECMs under construction include the elimination of a central boiler, addition of indirect fired natural gas heating and DX air conditioning in individual classroom zones, gas radiant heating in the gymnasium, lighting retrofit, instantaneous demand water heating, and kitchen equipment replacement.
MONTESANO SCHOOL DISTRICT - MONTESANO, WASHINGTON
Completed a detailed energy study for a five-building school district to support the development of a guaranteed energy savings performance contract.
Jeff L. Schuster, PE, CEM, President and founder of Ennovate Corporation, has devoted much of his career to energy performance contracting in public schools. The total value of energy conservation measures evaluated and recommended by Jeff Schuster since 1991 is $138,300,000. Over half of these projects have been implemented in public schools and colleges. From 1991-1997, as an employee of Honeywell, Inc., Jeff Schuster completed energy services performance contracts valued at $51,800,000, and developed the energy engineering for an additional $8,200,000 of uncompleted performance contracts. Since leaving Honeywell to form Ennovate Corporation, Jeff Schuster has developed the energy engineering for an additional $78,300,000 million dollars worth of projects, $15,500,000 of which are completed performance contracts. In total, over the past ten years, Jeff Schuster has personally been responsible for 53.5 million dollars worth of successfully completed installations in public schools and colleges.
